the moment i started service host it started pouring. sigh. the raincoats are USELESS.

but at least my top, walkie and service pouch was dry.

it wasn't raining when we started.. and then it started pouring suddenly.. and then some people ran in to get the raincoats for us.. and then.. THEY GOT LOCKED INSIDE THE OPS ROOM lol! when we got the raincoats at last.. the rain stopped xD. Yep. and then during show 1, they collected the raincoats back. And when show 2 started.. it POURED again. hahah but my shift ends at 8.30 but i ran out to give them the raincoats.. and freaking guests keep trying to grab raincoats from me. NO SORRY IT'S NOT FOR YOU -.- If only we gave out free raincoats with SENTOSA printed on the back huh. -.-
then went to meet my stupid classmate to help him with dumb PSPS. yep. at least im home now. WHEE. tired tired. my legs hurt like crap today. walked up and down the merlion walk like 19294747812 times during service host lol.

OMFG. at 6-7.30 it was CRAZY. Usually my mercub area is cleared at least a 2-3 mins before the next show. Today i had a QUEUE for the lift LOL. 4 guys asked if we had stairs cos they were running late so i let them run up .. but no way am i letting old people climb up. No casualties for me thank you very much. Can you imagine me trying to go "Merlion 1 come in over!1111" and then Richard is stuck at trip so he probably won't answer i'm like "MERRRRRLION 1 come in over!!" haha. No thanks. Didn't have to use my walkie at all today.
Except when they were looking for the damn wheelchair. Okay that part was damn amusing. I was doing trip with richard then. And i was trying to cancel out "merlion" and tap their cards. and then miru goes "merlion 2 come in over".. imagine this.. - 1 hand trying to take out the walkie, 1 hand trying to tap + strike out cards = really slow actions.. like 3875429375 years later, "merlion 2 send!!" and then miru goes "merlion 2 can you check, we have a wheelchair in B.O.T" and i'm like "uhh.. roger" and then richard goes.. "I'll answer that" and i'm like omg. And then they ask "Can you bring the wheelchair to IOS?" and richard is like "negative!!" and shireen goes "ok i'll come down over" LOL. It was the most .... walkie convo ever.
SH-4 tomorrow =D i was supposed to take over SH-3 =( but oh well. back to SH-4. Man. I have no idea how to do SH xD. Oh well. Tired ~

I must say I'm very impressed by Adrian and Collin from Amazing Race Asia. One is hearing-impaired and yet they came in 2nd in this leg of the race. I also like Marc and Rovilson.. they never fight man. NEVER.. Come to think of it, both teams don't, maybe that's why i like them.
I can't stand Pamela and Vanessa. That team is SO FUCKING RUDE. When I watch them it just pisses me off. I mean, so what if they are behind the other teams? When they went through the haunted house they were fucking rude. I mean, the people in the haunted house's job is the scare them. It's their JOB. Then one of them PUSHED them and said go away we're in a hurry. Like wtf. What's the point of joining the amazing race if you're so bent on just winning. There's more to it. At least be polite. Not your homeland. They were in Auckland for crying out loud. I really can't stand them. DAMN RUDE did i mention?

did gate 4 with subatra.. fun, but at first i took quite long to check tickets, but i got the hang of it. the time passed at SOS really really fast.
then when i went up to the gallery.. stephen keep trying to make me sing and dance (it's me me me it's me not you, it's me!).. LOL..
damn amusing. ha..
yepyep. after that went home with stephen, gautha, anwar, amirah and her friend. LOL. then stephen was telling me indian jokes in front of gautha and anwar. amusing, but it was all in good humor, no offence, xD

well well.. today was an interesting day..

just one of the days that things just don't go right, oh well, jump on the bandwagon of life.
was like 10 mins late for work cos of the stupid buses/trains and the sentosa express. sigh. nvm, next time i'll just leave super early.. better to be super early that late.. right? =p
sigh. tour guides are really horrors. in a way it was my fault, maybe i didn't tell her properly about the cards and the stop overs.. i meant that the cards have to go in by the trip.. but i think she took it as i meant everybody has to go through by the trip. sigh, and maybe i was a little hostile with her, but well, she was rude, sigh. i'm the one in attractions, not her, but she was very nasty.. nvm. it won't happen again. but it kind of dampened my mood a little.. everybody was pretty nice about it.. sigh.. i like to do these kind of things perfect, but i've learnt i guess..
hmm.. when i went up to close shutters, i was just enjoying the breeze for a moment.. and the pyrotechnics from SOS were nice. i get to watch it tomorrow =), doing CC..
oh ya, i swear i'm a retard. i was trying to use the wrong key to close the glass door.. damn duh la.. =| okok.. won't happen again either. sometimes i like mistakes, because then you'll try to make sure it won't happen again.. but it gets you down sometimes..
